Canton and such

I am for sure going to Canton in February! How fun! That date in January works for me. I would also love to spend the night! Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving.

Canton!!

At homecoming, Brittany/Ruthie/I were talking about taking a girl's trip to Canton for one of the 1st Mondays! As we all know, our schedule fills up fast, so we wanted to make sure that it's on the calendar. We talked about going at the end of February--specifically on Friday, February 27th. If that date doesn't work we can always go in March (Friday, March 3rd).  I checked the web site, and I'm pretty sure that those are the right dates--even though it's confusing to figure out! January 17th??

How does January 17th sound for Merry Thanksgiving?? Matt's birthday is on the 19th, so we were originally going to celebrate his birthday that night.....but it doesn't look like any other weekend in January will work with our crazy schedule, so we're going to celebrate on Sunday (which is perfect because I don't have to work on Monday because of Martin Luther King day!!).  So what do you think?? Will the 17th work for everyone? We mentioned having a sleep-over, so if that's still the plan, we can sleep-over either on the 16th or the 17th--both work for me! I can't wait!!  :-)

Ruthie's First Post!

Yeah! I am a first-time blogger! It's my first time on the website and I promise to visit more often. I am free every weekend in January ans am looking forward to seeing everyone! Miss you all.

Jonathan and I are on vacation the entire week after Christmas so the first weekend in January is best for us because we will probably be in Dallas and the 5-hour drive is rough.

Can't wait.

How was homecoming?

How was homecoming??? Any photos?

Sad news...We are not coming to Dallas for Thanksgiving after all. It turns out that Jonathan's parents are opting to take a road trip over the holiday so our plans to visit Tyler are a no-go. With Jonathan's work being such a drain on him these last few months (though we are really thankful that he enjoys his job and that it challenges him and provides for our family), he really needs the time at home to rest a bit.

So we will be eating our turkey in Houston and decorating for Christmas once the tryptophan wears off.

It looks like we'll be up there for Christmas though. I'll post when I know more.
